Thank you for your interest in applying to Liberty! Before you begin, please note that you will be asked to submit the following:

1. A completed application
2. Grades/transcript from last school year (and current year for a midyear enrollment)
3. Teacher reference email address (one for Kindergarten; two for 1st-12th grades)
4. $200 non-refundable registration fee (amount gets credited to your child's tuition upon enrollment
